TN Prevent and Support the 6 will assist anyone needing resources for Alcohol, addiction, mental health, or co- occurring disorders with a list of different facilities you can call or chat with 988 anytime and they can assist you directly with facilities in your hometown, or the state you prefer.
For some, it's best to get away from your local "acquaintances" since you learn that's exactly what they are, and not your TRUE FRIEND/S.
